Stretching

Stop by to experience one on one stretching to improve your flexibility and range of motion.

A lack of flexibility can cause movement to become slower and less fluid, making an individual more susceptible to muscle strains or other soft tissue injuries. This can put a damper on active lifestyles and even hinder day-to-day, normal motions. Chronically tense and tight muscles can also contribute to poor posture.

Stretching helps to ensure the spine is in better alignment, improve overall posture, and prevent injury.

Hello, I am a native of Terre Haute. I live here with my husband John and three children. My two teenage daughters keep me very busy with softball and cheer and my 4 year old son is just active all the time!
