At The Stretch Mobility Coach in Park Towers, Oklahoma, we offer holistic, wellness-based movement services designed to enhance your mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being. While inspired by various movement sciences, our services are non-therapeutic and distinct from physical therapy, massage therapy, and athletic training. I began my journey into the field of health care back in 2016 after graduating from college. Working primarily in home health, I developed a passion for working with people- one on one.
After more than 7 years of working in home health care, I realized the level at which I hoped to impact people’s lives was limited by a variety of factors. There was a deep desire that I wanted to fulfill and hoped to find a way to continue to do so through health services.
That is where The Stretch Method came into play. In 2024, I was introduced to a newer form of care by our founder, Kim Nartker. After carefully considering the program, I decided to invest into the system but at the same time also chose to invest in myself.
I am excited to be able to offer our Stretch Mobility Coaching services, right here in Tulsa! Come visit me at Park Towers and together we can work to solve issues of mobility, improve flexibility, build strength so that you can feel amazing in your body EVERY day.

How Does The Stretch Method® Work?
The Stretch Method® is a proprietary, non-medical approach that focuses on optimizing how the body moves. It emphasizes mobility, flexibility, and neuromuscular awareness. Our assessments evaluate the health of your joints, muscles, and nervous system to create an individualized wellness program that reconditions the entire system.
This program integrates The Stretch Methodology’s tools with a coaching model, focusing on education and empowering clients to understand and support their neuromuscular wellness. The goal is to improve movement, enhance function, and promote long-term mobility.

The Stretch Method® (TSM) was developed for individuals seeking to enhance mobility, ease discomfort, and support overall movement health. Whether you’re feeling occasional stiffness, muscle tension after work, or struggling with posture-related challenges, TSM offers personalized, non-medical coaching solutions.

How is The Stretch Method® Different From Traditional Treatments?
The Stretch Method® (TSM) offers a wellness-focused, non-medical approach that evaluates the health and function of your joints, muscles, and nervous system. Unlike traditional treatments, which may focus on symptom management, TSM seeks to recondition your neuromuscular system to promote sustainable, long-term mobility. We offer a non- therapeutic approach.
Discomfort and stiffness are often early signs of movement system imbalances. Through a personalized assessment, a Stretch Mobility Coach designs a program focused on restoring optimal function, helping you move freely without relying on daily stretches, braces, or other modifications.
How Soon Will I See Results?
Most people feel a result in their first session, see an improvement after just three sessions, and see major improvements in discomfort and stiffness between 6 and 10 sessions.
