FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Stretch Physical Therapy is currently seeking individuals with strong communication, customer service, leadership and organizational skills to join our team as a Sales/General Manager to oversee sales and operations for our Beckett location. 

 

POSITION

This position will report directly to the Owner and have primary responsibility for managing existing clients and driving new clients and sales for the clinic. This position will interact with our trained SMC, LMT’s and Body Coaches and oversee all operations aspects of the clinic. Health and Wellness knowledge and fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
    • Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
    • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
    • Schedule events for our SMC, LMT and Body Coach to drive referrals 
    • Follow up with all leads and work with Digital Marketing to nurture once leads turn cold
    • Track/convert leads into scheduled, arrived consultations 
    • Drive the overall sales process and lead generation follow-up, vet, schedule, and ensure the arrival of consult
    • Work collaboratively with the owner on marketing campaigns to generate leads for clinic
    • Schedule and participate in networking at community events and clinic promotions
    • Hire, train, and onboard new sales associates, Stretch Mobility Coaches, LMTs and Body Coaches
    • Manage Client bookings and cancel/no-show appointments
    • Track and maintain AR books and balance daily, and monthly sales
    • Collect unpaid fees when necessary
    • Ensure clinical staff forms, folders and paperwork and supplies are stocked
    • Enforce Stretch Physical Therapy Policy and Procedures
    • Collaborate with Owner to build and grow clinic revenue

 

QUALIFICATIONS

    • Excellent Leadership and communication and customer service skills, in person, on the phone and through digital platforms
    • Goal-oriented and takes initiative to achieve goals
    • Ability to work independently and work with the owner and team members
    • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines, strong attention to detail
    • Team player that works well with co-workers, clients, and the general public
    • Is a problem solver and takes the initiative to get things done efficiently
    • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
    • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
    • Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information
    • Proficiency with computers and EMR systems
    • Ability to stand, walk or sit for 8 hours throughout the work day
