Stretch Physical Therapy is the industry leader in offering WellCare/Prevention services delivering outcome-based care needs to health and wellness clients outside of PT, OT and ATC current offerings. The Stretch Method® was created for health and wellness-focused rehab professionals looking to step away from traditional rehab reactive care services and who wish to learn and grow more in the well-care, and prevention side of musculoskeletal care.
POSITIONS
Stretch Mobility Coach Apprentice
This position will report directly to the Lead Stretch Mobility Coach and have primary responsibility for assisting and learning The Stretch Method by assisting in Stretch Mobility Coach treatment programs and converting new Stretch Mobility coach clients through successful outcome-based programs. This position will interact with our trained SMCs, LMTs and Body Coaches and help in areas where the lead coach sees that you are qualified. You must be currently enrolled in The Stretch Mobility Coach Certification program to apply to work as an apprentice.
PTA, OTA and ATC license, health and wellness knowledge, and fitness or background are required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Learn one-on-one (hands-on) Assisted Stretch and Mobility care combined with our phased exercise program following our 5 phases of care model
- Encourage, motivate, and educate clients throughout their stretch and mobility sessions to help them meet their fitness and lifestyle goals while providing them long-term relief from pain and tightness
- Deliver a superior customer service experience, focused on outcomes and results that rebuild their musculoskeletal system and keep them away from reactive care
- Assist sales team in building maintenance membership and retaining clients once their goals are met
- Assist in gaining social stories to promote on social media
- Assist with offsite promotional events as needed
- Ensure the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce The Stretch Method policies and safety rules
- Attend team meetings and required educational training
- Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure availability for client use
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Help the team as needed so that clinic runs smoothly
- Once you have successfully achieved Stretch Mobility Coach certification you will be eligible for hire
QUALIFICATIONS

- Certified Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Passion for helping people improve their joint mobility, deep muscle stability and functional mobility/stability while improving their flexibility and keeping them away from reactive care
- Love of open floor plan boutique fitness environments
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
- Fantastic communication skills
- Must love connecting with people and has a passion for helping them achieve their goals by holding them accountable and motivating them to keep their musculoskeletal system healthy
- Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
- Available to go through our paid TSM Training Program, which includes 10 hours of online training, 4 weeks of in-person/hands-on training with ongoing mentorship, support and training throughout employment
